Individuality within a set
Design an identity that is in alignment with Community First’s existing projects while portraying its unique objective.
An identity based on unity
Highlighting the importance of community input drove the design identity while maintaining brand integrity through the color scheme.
Access to Care is a project by Community First—a non-profit whose mission is to create affordable options for healthcare through community outreach on the island of Hawai‘i. Access to Care offers residents the opportunity to share their opinions on their current healthcare system through a survey. The results are then reported to policymakers, healthcare systems, and social service providers to better service the community.

Call to action text
This is my body copy, which is used to describe the finer details of this project in both print and social media posts.
Some parts are written in italics.
I also emphasized certain details in bold.
logo Design
Community First hosts several projects branded with a set of individualized logos. Keeping certain imagery—such as the Hawai‘i island outline and their color-scheme—was essential in upholding their brand standards.
Contrary to their logos, I intentionally made this particular design emphasizing type, to reflect the influence of people’s words through this project.
Artwork
As this project’s main goal is to improve healthcare through community input, I created different and overlapping circles to symbolize soundwaves that, when combined, create a unique and powerful impact. This mirrors the ability that each participant makes to incur change.
The following clip is the outro graphic that I created for the Access to Care commercial. The animations provided the opportunity to create the rippling-effect that emulates the concept of my illustrations.
